I have happy to learn that the Department of Information, Public Relations and Languages, Haryana has been disseminating information about various activities, policies and programmes of the State Government through its website. The State of Haryana has experienced an unprecedented pace of development on all fronts. This website is a medium to enable the people all¬over the world to know more about this small state which covers about two per cent of the total area of the country, but is known for its gigantic strides that make it a trendsetter in all spheres of development. I am sure that the website will prove a step forward in further popularizing the State Government’s initiatives for transparent and people-friendly policies and programmes.
